The former president, following the start of the 2022 world cup has been calling on Ghanaians to throw their supports behind the team. This has been through since the start and continues unabated. Even in the lost Ghana recorded in the Ghana vs. Portugal game, he went on to encourage the players not to let their guards down.
So this very message from him comes as no surprise. Registering a win against the Korean side wasn’t what many Ghanaians expected, but the star put in their best and the end victory found them.
Ghana plays the Uruguay on Friday at exactly 300pm GMT
