Farmers in the Bono East and the savannah regions have been trained on Bee Keeping.
This event was made possible by COSTCO, a non-for-profit organization. The participants were given the necessary skills to augment their cashew farming activities.
They were also given materials that will make this vision of bee keeping a reality.

Speaking at the grounds of the event, some cashew farmers shared the joy this training brings to them. Many of them revealed that aside the cashew farming they have no other trade to engage in. So this will help them in times when the cashew season is over.
