All schools across the sixteen (16) regions of the country are to supply the data of basic two and basic four learners to the district/municipal/metropolitan directors for collation and submission to the National.
According to the letter issued by GES, the form to use to collect the data should be in excel format.

Management of the Ghana Education Service is compiling data on this year’s candidates for the National Standardized Test (NST)
To this end, Management requires the most current enrolment data of all primary two (2) and primary four (4) learners from both public and private Basic Schools across all sixteen (16) regions in the country. The enrolment data being sought should be in Excel format, and by District, Circuit and sex.
By a copy of this letter, you are kindly requested to inform all Metro/Municipal/District Directors of Education to compile the data according to the template provided and send it to their regional Directors who are to collate and submit the final data to the email address: schoolsandinstructions@ges.gov.gh by 5:00pm, Thursday, 19th October, 2023.
